The place was ugly, dirty, old, poorly maintained, and expensive; the only redeeming factor was the friendly staff. The accommodation was the worst I've ever stayed in, and it was very pricey. It was very dirty, old, full of dust, leaks, and bugs, and I would never recommend it.

When we arrived in Rome, they told us the toilet was broken and offered us another property that was even worse. I had to find a different place to stay, which was impossible because all other options were either fully booked or outrageously expensive. They should have informed me earlier, but they waited until my arrival to deliver the bad news.

The guy was very friendly and helpful, and the location was good. The pillow was too firm, there were no wardrobes, and the bathroom from our room was located in the lobby.

Everything was great, the host was punctual and very kind. Cleanliness and equipment were excellent. It was close to Termini, so getting around was easy. I recommend it!
