The place was fine overall; I liked the park right in front of the hotel, it was breezy, and the area had plenty of food stalls for easy choices, with reasonable prices. Nearby were also some good coffee shops. The only downside was a bit of nighttime noise from guests walking along the corridor, but it was tolerable.

I appreciated how close the hotel was to the Foreign Language Center of the Military Science Academy.

The staff were amazing—friendly and helpful, and I’m grateful for their support. Not everyone spoke fluent English, but a translation tool made communication smooth. They were kind and ready to assist any time. The hotel doesn’t clean rooms daily, yet you can request anything and they respond immediately. My room matched the photos, was tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Wifi worked in the room and lobby, though it hiccupped briefly at times. Parking was available in front. The location was lovely: a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, not touristy. Across from a small park and pool, a cute café sat on the corner, and a short walk brought shops, stalls, street food, fruit vendors, banks, and ATMs (the hotel didn’t accept cards). It’s also relatively close to Vincom Mega Mall Royal City, a large shopping and dining hub. I’d definitely stay here again! The downside: the standard room had only one small wardrobe, so storage was limited—keep that in mind if you’re staying long or with others. If you plan to visit Hanoi’s Old Quarter, it’s a bit of a drive, but a cheap taxi or Grab ride makes it easy.
