“If you have mobility issues talk to the staff when booking.”
When I pulled up, a staff member greeted me and helped carry my bags into the room, which was a big help. The bed itself was very comfortable. However, getting into the room was a hassle because of the four steps; a vertical handle on the wall would have made the last few steps easier. The staff member spoke with the manager and offered a room with fewer steps for an extra fee. I had requested a room for my disability, saying I could manage one or two steps. They sent me a photo to confirm, which seemed doable but turned out harder than I expected.
