Breakfast was excellent with many tasty options, the green areas let kids run, bike, and play, and the pool was nice and kids enjoyed swimming there; however, the beach by the water was terribly dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and if you wanted water you had to go to the main lobby’s cooler to fill bottles—room service didn’t deliver bottles to the room. Some pillows had a vomit smell, some were under‑filled and some over‑filled; the mattress quality was bad and the bedsheets were used; towels at the pool ran out and weren’t replaced for hours; our room wasn’t cleaned, and I had to ask three times before someone changed the sheets but didn’t empty the trash.

The room was basic, had no television and no chair to sit on; breakfast had no plates for serving and the cleanliness wasn’t maintained; the beach was far away, had no shade or chairs.
