Only three rooms, very clean grounds, and a superb view of the lake. The room had a stove, sink, fridge, freezer, an espresso machine, and a moka pot. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Very quiet, even with occasional cars or motorcycles passing by. The train station is just a 10‑minute walk away, though a car is recommended. I believe this is the first hotel or B&B in the last ten years I’ve stayed at without any negatives.

Fantastic property, private, felt like staying at a second home. The premises and pool were well maintained. The view was excellent and quiet. The owners were extremely helpful, and breakfast service was good. I stayed in the top‑floor apartment, which was excellent by all standards. No negatives to mention.

The lake‑view pool and the calm setting made it a great spot to visit Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. I would suggest a shower area near the pool and a better breakfast—no basket service.

Logement spacieux avec un coin cuisine donnant sur une terrasse protégée avec vue sur le jardin et la piscine. Bel endroit dominant le lac d'Orta, grande piscine. Idéal pour se reposer. Le petit déjeuner est déposé sur table de la terrasse devant le logement à 8h00 : confiture, beurre, croissants, pain, fromage ou charcuterie, fruits, céréales. Œufs, jus de fruit et lait sont à disposition dans le réfrigérateur. Rien
