“Sucio e incómodo”
Located near the center, that’s the only good thing. I went with my family and rented the largest apartment on the top floor. The location is good, but the cleanliness and comfort are quite poor. The mattresses are more than worn out, uncomfortable, there are four of them. One of the windows is full of dead insects, two of the skylight windows have no curtains, so at first light you’re woken by the sun. The bathroom is old with mold in the seams. Breakfast, although included, was not enjoyed because it opens from 09:00 to 11:00 and we left before. Another striking thing is that the apartment I stayed in, 14, had a slanted floor, perhaps causing cracks in the walls. Heating was off, but luckily there was an air radiator available and I could warm the room. In a corner there were literally thrown mattresses and a television. I definitely don’t recommend it; the reception isn’t open and you have to enter through a narrow alley with a steep staircase and a loose step, where you can smell the kitchen of a nearby Italian restaurant. It’s worth paying more, no doubt, because rest is very important.
