The location couldn’t be better – everything was just seconds away on foot, from the supermarket and restaurants to the shopping street and the beach, and the price was reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the chalet provided a kettle and a fridge. Unfortunately the chalet was extremely noisy and showed its age, needing urgent repairs; there was no hot water for an entire day, the TV didn’t work, the wooden floor had a hole, the room was very dark, and a rainstorm caused a power outage. The wood throughout the chalet was also poorly maintained.

Close to all attractions and easy access to Cenang beach and a variety of restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious. The room needs refurbishing because some flooring is already broken. The toilet requires us to empty stagnant water every time we bathe. Only one electrical socket works.

Near the beach. The staff are not friendly, the broom isn’t available in the room, and the chair is sagging, probably because of the hot weather.
