Everyone from the staff to the owners were super welcoming, and the half‑board meals were tasty with plenty of options. The kids and adults had plenty to do in the facilities, so we really enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup was the layout – the old building plus the new extension makes it a bit confusing to navigate.

Everything was top‑notch – the hotel is well run, and the direct ski access from the piste to the ski cellar is a real bonus. Breakfast and dinner were generous and tasty. A couple of minor annoyances: the adult spa lacks the water and dried fruit options that the family spa offers, and the show kitchen sometimes served cold or under‑cooked dishes.

The location is unbeatable – the ski slope leads straight into the hotel, which is a huge plus for kids. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive; the owner Gdin Čane handled our luggage and the room was neat and clean. Daily housekeeping by Mrs Slađana kept the space tidy, and the meals were outstanding – Mrs Marta’s pancakes were the best, and Marita and Erich made every dish special. Their friendliness and professionalism made us want to come back.

The hotel sits right on the slope, which is great for skiers. However, some services are a bit pricey – for example, the car rental at E Auto costs 40 euros for a flat rate, which felt steep.
