Shout out to Ms Asha and Mr Krill, the tall, slim guy who seems to be Asha's supervisor, who were there when I checked out; both were incredibly helpful with public transport tips, meal recommendations, and even printer help. I also appreciated the computer and printer in the lobby, which saved me when my phone’s internet was spotty and I had urgent matters to sort out. Everything else was spot on.

Todo muy bien. La ubicación para ver San Francisco no es la mejor, pero como sitio de paso para coger un avión, por ejemplo, va muy bien

The staff were very friendly and the lobby coffee was a nice touch, but the hallways and rooms smelled damp, like a wet mop, and the air circulation was poor. The paint looked old and messy in some spots, and the bathtub had stains.

Free parking was a big plus, and there was nothing negative to mention; the service was good!!
