Apart from the convenient spot near the Ephesus site, the room floor was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, there was no soundproofing, the front‑desk staff were unpleasant and spoke very poorly English, and the Chinese buses crowded the hotel at noon, making parking difficult.

I struggled here. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the food was awful, the beds were as hard as rocks, and the pool was dirty and so slippery it was dangerous.

I woke up to a cold room because the windows had no blinds, and a street dog’s barking echoed inside as if it were in the room; the windows were completely open, and there was a 2‑3 cm gap under the door that let corridor and other rooms’ noises seep in, which was quite annoying.
