Não nos foi avisado que deveríamos efetuar o pagamento em espécie ou por Pix direto com a proprietária, mesmo tendo efetuado a reserva e utilizado cartão de crédito diretamente pelo site do Booking

The venue was beautiful and comfortable, perfect for a restful break, yet I was disappointed that Booking didn’t warn us the lodge accepted only cash, not card.

The room was excellent, the bed comfy, linens flawless, and the bathroom modern and spotless; owner Sueli treated us with great care, even though there was no bar or restaurant, she still offered snacks. Breakfast, made by her, was delicious and felt like home. The setting was lovely and quiet, with bird sounds and a beautiful view. It’s near Caíchaço Bonsucesso and close to downtown, though you need a car.

The bathroom was renovated and in good shape, cleaning was fine, and the location was decent with personalized service, but given the price I expected a higher level of luxury comparable to other upscale properties, and nothing extra justified the high cost.
