I was in the middle of town and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel sits right in the old town, with no car traffic, and the staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and all attractions are easily reachable on foot. However, early in the morning the deliveries at various local establishments wake you up.
