Flow Gili Air

Our room was perfect for working online and had a bit more space for our 3‑year‑old. The location was great for quick sunset views and was super close to the kindergarten/play café. The staff were nice and kept the place looking amazing. We really appreciated having kitchen access for our longer stay, and a coffee machine in the room was a real treat. Nothing really stood out as negative. Sometimes the power would cut out temporarily in the evening, but that’s just part of island life.

“Nice place but maybe a bit overpriced and a bit too deep in the island (personal opinion, can be ok for someone else)”

The room was very comfortable with a cute bathroom, and the bed was great—quiet as well. The staff were nice. However, the place isn’t really central and it’s hard to get there at night because the roads are bumpy and dark. I also found spider webs in the room and big stains on the sheets.

“A total rip off”

The mud‑filled paths to the rooms made getting around a mess. The open shower let mosquitoes and other insects fly straight into the rooms. The owners and managers were completely absent, and the property was run by low‑level employees who didn’t speak basic English. Breakfast was inadequate, missing essential ingredients needed to serve the menu properly.

The furniture was well furnished and matched my taste. It was disappointing that shoes were allowed in the rooms.
