The spot was in a handy spot and the beds were comfy, but some parts of the room were hot and there was no airflow.

The staff were friendly and the location was great for the event I attended; the bed let me sleep well, and breakfast arrived when promised, but the room felt dated, the bottom of the shower curtain was discolored, the sink leaked and its drain was also discolored, the carpet looked worn and dirty, and the TV malfunctioned—once a channel was chosen the screen went black (maybe user error, but still frustrating).

The staff were very friendly, but the breakfast didn’t live up to what was advertised and needs improvement; the grills were under construction and there was no sign indicating they were unusable.
