Even though I had a confirmed booking, the front desk said no rooms were available when I arrived, forcing me to scramble for another hotel last minute, which was highly inconvenient; I want a refund of ₹540 for the confirmation fee because I received no service, and better communication is needed.

The staff could be responsive and the location is central, but hidden fees and misleading pictures from fabhotel are a problem, there’s zero communication between the property and fabhotel, they’re unresponsive on chat, the room was cramped and dirty with spiders in the washbasin, no cleaning or running water initially, the flush didn’t work, and on checkout we got a confusing chat about an 800‑rupee service charge that was later cancelled, which isn’t shown on the property portal; we’ve tried chat and email for a week with no reply.
