Location. The room is bright and clean. The view. A new roof over the restaurant dominates the view. No fridge. The shower temperature was very hard to regulate. The restaurant is in front. It was expensive, it lacked Indonesian menu options and prices didn't include tax & other fees.

We booked the “Double Deluxe – sea view” category, but the experience was completely different from what was advertised and from the price paid. First, the assigned room had no sea view, only a view of a café on the ground floor of the building. When I asked the manager, he confirmed that there are rooms of the same category on the ground floor and the upper floor, but he does not specify which one will be assigned, leaving it to chance with no option to choose. We think this should be clarified in the listing to avoid future confusion because it is clearly completely misleading advertising. Additionally, the room smelled very damp and had visible stains on the walls that looked like damp or accumulated dirt. There was no bedside table, something basic that is missing. And to top it all, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room during the stay, making it hard to rest. Regarding the handling of the room issue, the manager suggested we leave the hotel and refund us, which, when you are on vacation, looking for another accommodation and moving again is not very coherent when what you want is to disconnect and enjoy, offered a small discount on the rental of a motorcycle we had with them (50K, 2,50 €, something trivial and ridiculous), but it was not a compensation proportional to the difference between what was reserved and what was received. In general I would not book at this hotel, there are many better options and for a little more money you will have full services, no headaches and you can enjoy your stay.

Nice staff, good location. The water pressure in the shower was very, very weak, no hot water, the bathroom should be renovated.

The spot is spot on, right in the heart of Lenbongan and close to everything. The beach is fantastic and the locals are super helpful. Having AC is a huge plus – it’s a relief to step back into a cool room after a hot day. The downside was the hot water; I only got a few short minutes before it went cold, which is chaotic if you’re traveling with someone. The TV was broken, but that’s a minor annoyance since most of the time you’re outside.
