“Una buena opción cerca de la sunset beach”
The staff is the most remarkable thing at Origami Inn. They are always very attentive and kind. The Wi‑Fi was very slow.

Guest house à taille humaine, le personnel (restaurant, guest house, club de plongée) est au top! Daisy Cristina Niko Yuki et les garçons ont été géniaux! Et que dire d Azeez qui aime son île et vous fait découvrir les fonds marins. Ras

Our family is very grateful to the whole friendly team at Origami Inn. The rooms are very clean and beautiful with their own terrace. The staff are very attentive, the food in the restaurant is tasty and the menu is large enough. Aziz organized a wonderful excursion to an abandoned resort with drone filming and snorkeling on the reef. It was simply amazing!

We spent July 25 to August 6 at Origami Inn for a family holiday, and everything matched the website’s promises. The hosts and staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and cozy, and we could request cleaning at any time; the air conditioning and fan worked well. The food offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we appreciated the excursions arranged by the hosts, especially the attentive support during them. The beach was fantastic, with plenty to see while snorkeling right off the shore, and we swam almost alone the whole time.

The hotel felt very cozy, and we liked that the room had a garden exit with beautiful greenery and foot baths, and from another side a back yard with a dryer. Huge thanks to Kristine for her responsible attitude and superb organizational skills—she arranged a transfer from Omdhu Island and took us back to the pier by ferry at 6 am, thank you very much! Aziz explained everything to us at the meeting, showed us around, and even free‑of‑charge took us snorkeling on the reef and pointed out spots for snorkeling at the local beach—this was amazing! It was the most beautiful reef we saw during our entire Maldives island trip, lively and gorgeous. For the first three days my husband and I were alone in bikini on the beach—(I recommend bringing mosquito repellent, as small mosquitoes flew in on some days). The beach offered complete privacy and relaxation. One evening we even saw rabbits on the beach, which was so cool and unexpected. Nearby is a beautiful cove where you can go (bring coral sandals) or kayak. Breakfasts were held in the hotel’s café, with two options: local and continental; we mostly chose the local one, which we liked more (drinks are included in the breakfast, you need to order). The room has a kettle and mugs. Everything was great; note that cleaning and towel changes are on request, and any request got a lightning‑fast response—thanks a lot! The negative part does not relate to the hotel. The beach could have had better cleaning, trash is taken to the shore, and there’s a sense of slight neglect of the island itself compared to other islands we visited; the local residents are not as friendly and more closed off, but maybe that was just our perception.
