Access and cleanliness were good, but there were missing items for troubleshooting, like a hairbrush and feminine supplies.

The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of options.

The room was great and the service was outstanding. I booked a handicap room and yes they put me in a supposed handicapped room or you could say a half a handicap room. This room had a BATHTUB I have not been able to take a bath for 10 years. When I complained they told me that this place only truly handicap room with a walk in shower. Don’t you think having at least you should have a few more totally handicap rooms

The room was very clean and the staff were wonderful; the kids adored the warm pool, though the breakfast rush made many items run out, and after a while most items were restocked—though I’m not sure there’s a better way to manage the busy hour.
