The spot is quiet and close to the center. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, fully equipped with everything needed. Only two towels were provided in the bathroom, and they were a bit worn.

Check‑in via WhatsApp was smooth, the room was large, the bathroom roomy, and there was a corner in the hallway for coffee or tea (two types of tea, sugar, and coffee pods were available). Free parking was right at the door. The location is in a peaceful area, a short walk to the city center and a park. I recommend it.
