Beautiful room, beautiful area. Close to a few restaurants and right beside the Publix which was very convenient. Amazing staff- especially Sammy. There was an older lady that worked the front desk 2x during our stay and she was not very friendly

Breakfast was really good, and the patio area was nice with a designated smoking section. The location is reasonable relative to downtown Louisville, making the overall experience truly pleasant. Thank you kindly! Nothing to note.

The booking was cancelled without any notice, which was a disgusting excuse for customer service. The front desk staff were super rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern that we’d driven 4 hours and had nowhere to stay; no one called to inform us that our room, which had been booked for months, was cancelled.
