The hotel on Tulum’s beach was beautiful, the staff’s service was the highlight of our stay, the food was delicious and of top quality, and they welcomed us with special décor for our anniversary plus a bottle of sparkling wine; we felt very pampered and will definitely return. The only downside was the sargassum season, but the hotel staff kept cleaning the beach continuously, which is understandable as it’s beyond the hotel’s or municipality’s control.

This boutique beach hotel is stunning, the staff—especially the restaurant and front desk—were outstanding and made our stay fantastic, they even gave my daughter a cake and decorated her room with gorgeous rose petals for her birthday, going above and beyond to make you feel valued; the spa and workout room are lovely and the massage therapists were great. The only negative is that Tulum is now priced like NYC.
