Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I liked the clean room and the good bed, but when it rained at night I was told the heating would turn on automatically and it didn't, so I woke up freezing and couldn't sleep. All radiator valves were open, and I couldn't figure out how low the temperature had to drop for it to fail. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

Booking online was a real plus, the room was very comfortable, extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was no hot water, but I blamed it on a malfunction.

The room was nice, spacious, clean, and modern, and the buffet breakfast was sufficient with a decent selection from the menu, which I took as standard. There was no extra value beyond that. The stay and breakfast were fine, very good quality. The service felt impersonal except for breakfast, almost like an escape room. We picked up the key from a box and got instructions on the door, then could lock ourselves in the room like a self‑service. The website listed a restaurant and a garden, but neither worked, so we had to order delivery to the address. Luggage and a trip to the car on the 4th floor required us to pay for each cigarette on the 4th floor, then unlock and lock per the instructions. The only advantage was the well‑made beds. We left after the second night and drove back home after touring the Moravian Karst (amazing).

The room was large, spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, and the accommodation was well‑located.

Check‑in was handled by a virtual assistant with no issues from Albert, and the keys were waiting in a box. The room was spacious, the bathroom was the same. There was a parking spot by the hotel, and breakfast was extra‑paid. The property itself was very well maintained.
