“Agradable.”

I stayed in a nice neighborhood in San Salvador, and the breakfast was basic but the beds were very comfortable. The hygiene was excellent, and the pool area was pleasant. Security was top‑class, just like everywhere else in El Salvador. The staff do put effort into their work, but they still lack full professionalism; it’s clear they’re still learning, and I expect they’ll soon reach high standards as the country improves.

The service, attention, friendliness, and overall cleanliness of the facilities were all outstanding. The only downside was that I felt sad not to try the pupusas at the hotel, because they weren’t on the menu during my stay.

The hotel was accessible and generally clean. The room was too small, the TV didn’t work, the breakfast was very basic, and the air‑conditioning made a lot of noise.

The room rate was reasonable. The breakfast, however, was awful, and the gym had no windows or air conditioning.
