The pool was filthy, there was no staff at the front desk, we had to wait a long time for service, the bath towel was torn, and the mattresses were uncomfortable because the mattress cover was plastic and didn’t allow proper rest.

The bathroom wasn’t pleasant, the pool was out of use which is understandable for winter but looks neglected, and the path from the parking to the rooms isn’t tidy, making the place feel uncared for. The bathroom and the parking area need better upkeep; the overall image feels shabby and unappealing.
