The location is good and the room was comfortable. The staff were poorly organized and didn’t inform us ahead of time about the building access codes; another couple had codes that didn’t work, and we only managed to get in after a woman from another apartment arrived and let us in. After that initial hassle, I went out to buy food and my wife stayed in the room because she was nauseous. Just before I returned, someone entered the room and left quickly because they saw her there. They later said they thought there was a mix‑up with the rooms but never contacted me to ask. That episode left me feeling insecure; I didn’t sleep that night and stayed alert in case someone tried to open the room again. I only spent one night. I had researched the hotel beforehand and the reviews were good, but this disorganization left me very dissatisfied.

The location was great, the place was clean, and it looked attractive. Communication could have been better; we had to send several texts to figure out the door code and breakfast.

The room was superb with a very beautiful view! The cleaning ladies came on the second day to change our bath towels, which was very appreciated. We had direct contact with Hong on WhatsApp, who was very helpful. Unfortunately, there is no reception; it’s a self‑check‑in. We didn’t receive the information beforehand, so we lost a bit of time trying to access the room.

The room was clean and well presented. The location was excellent with easy access to the old town harbour and the train station. The shower and ensuite were a little small, but very well appointed.
