The room was huge, spanning two floors with a kitchenette. I disliked the excessive curtains and fake‑flower décor that always triggered my allergies, yet the place was spotless.

The restaurant earned a 10/10 for its setup and dinner quality, but the breakfast buffet fell short for a 4‑star hotel; the staff were very friendly. The old bathroom had low shower water and only a sachet of soap, the double bed was small, and overall the room was pretty. The spa offered only one shower, so only one person at a time, no sauna or Turkish bath, and the tea‑relax area was very limited. I was disappointed that paying 230 euros for a night and breakfast resulted in an extra charge for water from the bar fridge, which was the only water available; this didn’t happen before. At that price for a 4‑star, I expected a different level of service as seen in other hotels.
