The people were all very nice, and when we returned from the jungle trek we were given a different room. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and simply beautiful. The first room, however, was quite dirty with debris on the walls, and I felt I might have caught bedbugs. The shower was ice‑cold, but that’s part of the experience.

Personal top, Essen sehr lecker zu fairen Preisen, schöne Unterkunft und ungewöhnlich gute und leise A/C. Wasserdruck in der Dusche war nicht so besonders, das meiste kam seitlich raus und hat die Wand gewaschen. WLAN Empfang reichte oft nicht bis in unser Zimmer (das Letzte)

Everything was handled excellently and easily, both the transportation and the 5‑day walk, in addition to the accommodation. The hike itself was great, with skilled and pleasant guides. They’re also 100 % local. The room is fairly basic, but the bed was good and the view was stunning.

Few things… The location is great, and the shuttle scheduled with the owner is convenient. The photos were misleading; we received a completely different room! The equipment was broken (the bowl was completely detached), the room was dirty (mold, dirty bath mat), and the listed equipment was missing. There was no pool as advertised, only a river.

The staff were very helpful, especially with transport and water refills to reduce plastic use. I also liked the jungle guide—he was quiet, unlike others and some tourists. All guides should brief everyone before heading into the jungle to stay quiet and whisper only. The room or balcony lacks shelves or a small table for items, and there’s no drying rack in any room, though that could be fixed easily.
