The location is great. There are no competent staff. The worst part was the breakfast—so bad. I am at a loss for words. The house has a lot of tradition, but unfortunately it is very old‑fashioned.

The room was excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I find breakfast buffets much more pleasant because the items are served in stages and you can’t choose from a selection based on the offerings, which is unfortunately not possible here.

This hotel has a lot of history and is truly beautiful. Inside everything feels old-fashioned, and if you go to Bayreuth you should stop by here. The tableware at breakfast is also antique, giving off a lovely old‑world vibe. However, you have to ask for everything at breakfast; the best approach is to request what you want right away the first time. The staff get panicked because, even with a few occupied tables, it becomes very slow and messy, but eventually everything works out. We liked it. Parking in a side street was a bit of a hassle, but we managed. There’s no air‑conditioning, so we had to use a fan.

The elegance of the breakfast service and the staff’s cordiality were appreciated. The room was on a high floor. In my opinion, if a room is on a high floor, the guest should be informed at the time of booking.

The breakfast served was of top quality. The garage was very tight. I was unhappy that a “manipulation fee” was charged afterward, which had not been agreed upon, and I did not consent to its deduction. I received no response to my request!!! The hotel itself can’t be blamed – it’s the responsibility of . I will never stay there again and will advise all my acquaintances against booking there!!!
