Great spot, but the bin trucks were a nuisance for most of the morning.

The spot is unbeatable – right next to all the shops and restaurants, so you can walk everywhere. Check‑in and out were a breeze, and the old building feels surprisingly tidy. My room was roomy enough, even the toilet was a plus. No toiletries, so bring your own, but the small heater, fridge, TV with Wi‑Fi, and a comfy chair cover the basics. The owner is super helpful, and there’s always someone around if you need anything.

The place was right where we needed to be, close to Chapel Street for easy coffee and food runs. It’s a very basic setup, though – no extra bedding and the air‑con was just a split system that didn’t keep the room warm enough for winter.
