The location was outstanding, the staff were top notch, everything was very clean, parking was free, and the hotel sits right next to a mall with great restaurants just a few feet away.

The hotel sits on a great shopping center at the foot of the building, but the surrounding neighborhood is unpleasant. It’s annoying that the hotel shares a name with another Westin next door. The restaurant is very basic, the staff are not very friendly or helpful, and breakfast is served in a separate restaurant.

The location is good, but the hotel feels a bit old; I don’t like the carpets, they look old, dirty, and outdated. The elevator announces the floor you choose, and that noise is quite loud in the rooms.
