It was a very pleasant little hotel with everything you’d expect, a nice garden, a clean room, friendly staff who did their utmost, good breakfast and even dinner. Directly next to a junction, great for cycling and walking. Definitely worth a repeat stay. Thanks to the owner and staff. No negatives, everything was fine.

Breakfast and bed were fine, but the staff would just walk into the room in the morning and there was a nasty smell in the bathroom.

The old building was pretty, though the stairs to the floors were not very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and tidy, the bed and bathroom were fine, even with an anti‑slip mat in the shower floor, kudos! Breakfast was simple but good, with plenty of local produce. The staff were friendly and attentive. One suitcase had to be carried up the stairs, and the lighting—just one ceiling lamp and two weak reading lamps—was subpar.
