The hotel served burgers and had a kids zone, yet drinks cost extra even with half‑board or full‑board, I wished for more poultry options, and we only discovered later that we were staying in the old building.

We found the place very comfortable, the décor was lovely, and we were delighted with everything.

The bar right by the pool was great, but the rooms were noisy, had ants, and the bathroom was not well cared for.

The hotel felt very modern and clean, the rooms were spacious and bright, the rooftop pool and bar area are fantastic for adults, the staff were all friendly, and the location is great with the beach and tram stop nearby; however, the room service was cold.
