The location was extremely convenient, being very close to the train station, which made getting around easy.
The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
The room was kept clean throughout our stay, which was a plus.
The hotel provided some nice extras, including complimentary cream, lotion, and toiletries, which was a lovely touch.

The hotel is close to Sapporo Station, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, yet the corridor had a strange smell, the first two nights were quiet thanks to considerate neighbours, and the door and walls constantly vibrated (maybe neighbours opening doors or wind pressure).
