The location is great—just a subway stop away and bus lines nearby, Vatican only 400 m away with restaurants close by. The courtyard setting keeps the noise down; no car sounds and the bed is very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The only downside was that the breakfast room lacked soundproofing and there was no door.

The location and the friendliness of Steffano and his mother made the trip enjoyable. On the downside, there’s another party house above, and the last night there was a huge noise; it also looked like a deep clean was needed (though it’s generally clean) because the headboard had a stain that seemed like some kind of crimson dye (probably hard to remove) and the shower walls could use a more thorough wipe‑down.

The lady was very friendly and kind, and the room was nice and clean. We arrived before check‑in and she let us drop our bags, which we found in the room when we returned.
