The cereal and toast were decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, yet the room wasn’t cleaned properly and the full English breakfast was dreadful.

The owner was lovely and surprised us with breakfast ready, asking which toast we preferred and serving it when we came down, while the bar staff were very friendly and chatty; the two men were also nice, but our room needed a little revamp even though the bedding and bed were spotless and the shower was clean.
