The property was clean, but the front‑office staff at check‑in didn’t know my reservation included breakfast and had no idea about it.

The room was clean, but I had to walk 10 minutes to the parking garage, and the hotel wouldn’t waive the $25 fee each time I left; I also couldn’t access the rooftop without paying $130, and there was nothing nearby within walking distance.

The spot was spot‑on for the reason I flew into the US, and the room was roomy enough to feel comfortable, though the mattress was a bit too soft for my taste. The staff were welcoming and ready to help any time of day, 24/7. The only downside was the mattress softness.

The location is great and walkable, just a short stroll north. The rooms are large and babies can enjoy a hot shower. The rooftop vibes were awesome, the restaurants were good, and the staff were super friendly.
