Personnel très sympa ! Literie confortable . Hôtel refait à neuf. Parking pas réparé . Parking gratuit derrière l’hôtel heureusement

The hotel is easy to reach and close to the hospital I needed to visit, and the receptionist that morning was very friendly. I had received an email that morning telling me to pay online, which I did, but when I arrived at the hotel last night the receptionist said I still had to settle the room. I had to show her proof that I had already paid via booking. She then told me breakfast wasn’t included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation summary… overall the organization needs work. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, with many frozen items. The room wasn’t very large and there were no sheer curtains—just blackout drapes.
