The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the area, with everything we wanted to see within easy reach.
The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable
However, I did have some issues with the amenities, such as the lack of a fully functional pool

“Fair condition”
Parking was available. The room smelled of smoke and they didn’t clean it up.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in the USA. Avoid this place at all costs. Our room was in terrible condition: the door required extreme force to shut, the ceiling was leaking, and the space had a foul odor with sticky floors. The TV, chairs, table, and ironing board were all stained and dusty. To make matters worse, this was our second room—we had to move from the first one because the previous guest’s unflushed toilet paper was still in the bowl upon arrival. Completely unacceptable.

The location was convenient and the pool was nice, but the key card kept malfunctioning, so I had to fetch my own towels; the bathroom toilet and shower both had flushing problems, and there was a strange odor. The pool area bathroom was disgusting, with accumulated dirty swim towels and a pool that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, leaving bugs everywhere.

I stayed on the first floor where pets were allowed and found the room dirty, with holes in the walls and a bathtub that was literally falling apart; the tub had a hole filled with tissue paper.
