“Fantastico!”
The property is extremely central on Pudong Road. The room was clean and very large. The building has an elevator and security codes to enter so you don’t have to carry keys. Fantastic! No complaints.

The staff had a very good attitude. When I complained to the hotel about canceling the remaining days, they apologized and refunded the money quickly, which made me very satisfied. The distance to the subway station was a bit far; I didn’t want to walk more than twenty minutes with my luggage, so I had to call a taxi, and there were not many restaurants nearby, which was inconvenient. The room had a moldy smell, the bathroom was small, and the door to the shower was narrow, making it difficult for a slightly overweight person to enter.

There’s a washing machine and a fridge in the room, and a dryer on the floor.

The location is great, with a盒馬 supermarket, a聯華 supermarket, and a miniso nearby – perfect for a short family trip. The staff are pretty friendly, but the soundproofing is a bit lacking, and the room actually doesn’t have a heating stove, which is a small drawback.

The room isn’t tiny, and the spot is decent with shopping malls close by; cleaning happens daily. However, there are no dishes at all—no tea set, no cooker, no microwave—yet the description claims a microwave is in the room, so you actually have to go down 27 floors to the reception to heat food. The panoramic windows are dirty outside, making them useless, and the staff don’t speak English, only replying indifferently on WeChat.
