“Perfect stay near to the beach”
The location is perfect, right by the beach, local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. It’s also close to the harbor where you can catch a boat to Positano and Amalfi. The room is big enough for two people to stay comfortably. The apartment is very spacious with a large terrace, kitchen, and washing machine. Francesca was very helpful, greeting us before 4 p.m., showing us everything in the apartment and giving us plenty of tips about the city. We had a very relaxing time there. Everything was good; just be ready that the 4th floor will make you exercise every day.

The host’s attention is exceptionally good. Her suggestions are very useful. The location is unbeatable. The bed is very comfortable and the terrace is a great extra. You have to climb stairs to reach the fourth floor. There are areas in the apartment where you can hit your head on the slanted beams of the ceiling.

I gifted this stay to my daughters, aged 19 and 22, and they were very happy. The new building is spotless, and the staff are friendly, present, and helpful.

Communication worked perfectly. We were greeted very warmly and informed about everything important. A big thank you to Gabriella and Marilena! Both were very helpful, and Marilena always reached out with any questions or even dropped by on short notice. The apartment/kitchen was perfectly equipped, with a dishwasher and washing machine available. Additionally, we could use a large terrace. The bed was a bit too soft for me, which isn’t a big deal because I prefer extremely firm mattresses. After a long day out, it wasn’t always easy to climb up four floors.

The place is amazing, and Castellammare di Stabia is just a 15‑minute train ride from Sorrento. The town offers a big beach with deck chairs and parasol rentals, and the restaurants aren’t crowded. Each of the seven rooms feels like a little heaven to unwind in; bring your Netflix Prime and the details and TVs will work. There’s a shared kitchen for the other two rooms, and the private bathrooms are spotless. The sun terrace has a washing machine, and the rooms have air conditioning – truly an oasis of retreat. The downside is the many steps leading up to the paradise, but it’s well worth it.
