I had an unexpected surprise during my stay, but it ended up being a great experience. The hotel's central location near a factory was a bit of an issue, but the staff's friendly and helpful nature made up for it. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with the room's air conditioning, but it was fixed promptly.

The hotel's restaurant was a highlight of my stay, serving delicious food and providing a pleasant atmosphere. However, I was a bit disappointed with the leak in my room, which made it feel damp and uncomfortable.

I was impressed with the spacious room and the abundance of natural light it received, as well as the lovely balcony. However, I felt that the restaurant could improve by changing the tablecloths and napkins more frequently.

The mattress was truly fantastic, but unfortunately, that was about the only positive aspect of my stay. The old bathroom and noisy room due to the nearby factory were major issues, and to make matters worse, the breakfast was non-existent, and we had to pay for a coffee. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
