Nearby, Església de Sant Iscle i Santa Victòria (1.9 km) and Ermita de la Mare de Déu del Soler (6 km) offer cultural visits, while hiking and skiing abound. The hotel provides free private parking and Wi‑Fi.

The location in Rialp, a beautiful mountain village, is perfect; the house sits at the village entrance, making it easy to get there and park, and it’s very welcoming. It’s an old house with refurbished furnishings and facilities, and the space works well for a group of 7‑8 people. We enjoyed a nighttime barbecue in the inner courtyard and multiple swims in the pool. The outdoor areas are shared with the other house, which is worth noting, but it didn’t bother us at all. Above all, the host’s amazing hospitality was a highlight, always attentive to our needs. For instance, the village is usually quiet, but a weekend event ran late into the night; it didn’t bother us much, and the host was the first to offer an extended checkout if we needed it. In short, if you want a peaceful stay in a gorgeous spot in the Noguera Pallaresa or want to explore the local mountain routes, Cal Quimet is an ideal place to stay. The only caveat is that the accommodation is on the upper floor, so you have to climb several flights of stairs to get there.

The house is superbly equipped; Vall is very detail‑oriented, providing soap, coffee, and even pool towels. It’s ideal whether you’re looking to rest after a tough hike or plan activities using Rialp as your base.

The apartment was huge, beautiful, quiet, and perfectly located for mountain activities in a charming village. The lady who manages the place was very friendly and attentive. The barbecue and outdoor areas were great and peaceful for relaxing. The only downside was that the outdoor pool wasn’t available during those dates and season.
