We love the ambience and the facilities, especially the service—everyone is super friendly and helpful. I’m not saying I disliked it, but I’m a bit concerned about the trail to the casitas; it can be dangerous and difficult at times when passing those steel rails. I know it’s part of the charm, maybe a bit wider? 😊

The cabins are super cute, the common area is well set up and inviting for chilling. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even the larger cabin is still very small for someone who is 1m90; there are few showers and toilets, so it isn’t always super clean.

I was surprised by the difference from a typical hotel, but the lack of hot water—running water tasted rusty—was a real let‑down. When they told us to move to another room because someone else had booked it for the next day, we just packed up and left.
