Il Ristorante was excellent, and our waitress was very professional and knowledgeable. The room was tiny, so we had to keep our suitcase closed because there was no space; the safe was out of order, and the staff struggled at breakfast, with everyone clearing their own tables to help. It doesn’t feel like a four‑star place.
