Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The value for money was great, the accommodations were quiet, the location was convenient, and the service was good. They offered cold water, a kettle, and a microwave, and the pool area was excellent. The downside was that during the low season the restaurant was under maintenance and even breakfast couldn’t be used.

The facilities are new and modern. The restaurant is inactive and there’s no breakfast.

The front‑desk guy was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Great job, guys!

It was very expensive because breakfast wasn’t included; they charged 50 reais per person, the entrance gate didn’t lock at night, and no one was at the reception. The experience was terrible: the gate was broken and left open, there was no security, no service after 22:00, I arrived in the middle of the night and the room door wouldn’t open, breakfast was charged separately at an outrageous price of R$50 per person and I was only told at the end. I don’t recommend it and won’t return.

Everything was perfect, it took a little while to get the shower to heat up but that was just a learning curve, the pool was a delight, highly recommended. I liked everything.
