Lake Dunstan Motel sits just off Cromwell’s main street, offering tranquil surroundings while being only a 300‑metre walk to shops, cafés, restaurants and a supermarket. Fifteen spacious units sit beside the Cromwell golf course, each with a kitchenette, private bathroom, 65‑inch Smart TV, tea/coffee facilities and heat‑pump heating; wheelchair‑accessible rooms are available.

The room was nice and relaxed, overlooking the golf course. It’s a walk to shops and restaurants. The bathroom needs a PowerPoint outlet so the hairdryer can be used.

The place was tidy, clean, comfy, and warm—everything you could ask for. It’s a short walk to town and restaurants, and the kitchen in the room is fully equipped with everything you need. The downside was that neighbors were clattering and banging around until after midnight, which you can’t control.

Very close to the shopping mall and supermarkets, plus plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The vibe was peaceful and the service friendly, and overall it was great 😊
