The room looked exactly like the pictures, matched the cover, and was exceptionally clean with meticulous attention to detail, making it a great spot for nature lovers who still want comfort. Breakfast was good, the tea shop was cute, and the Chinese food was beautifully presented. I did deduct a point because a roof‑repair crew was on site during my stay; walking on the roof startled me with the sound of their footsteps overhead.

Everything was perfect—delicious food, excellent service, spotless accommodation, and staff who were attentive and always smiling.

“Amazing.”

The staff were attentive and polite. The venue itself was stunning, featuring spacious rooms with modern showers and toilets overlooking the River Kwai. The design of the facilities and the nearby tea house added to the overall vibe. The path down to the boathouse is steep and might be tough for older guests, though the hotel does offer a golf cart for transport.

The Wi‑Fi was solid, and the host was truly one of a kind—knowledgeable, warm, professional, and highly hospitable. The facilities were top quality, impeccably clean, and very stylish. Breakfast looked like it was crafted by an artist, with a wide variety of tasty options. Dinner was also delicious and varied, creating a pleasant dining experience. Kayaking and the hot springs were amazing and free. I highly recommend booking the tour with guide Rico; it was a fun and unique adventure.
