The solution provided for the second night was helpful, but we were mistakenly given an apartment for three when the reservation was for four.

I didn't like the proprietor's behavior.
The building is new and clean, located in a great spot where you can walk anywhere. At first, the apartment matched the photos, but on the second day we were told they had given us the wrong unit and moved us. That part was fine, as it can happen. However, in the new apartment the oven was missing, the fridge was tiny, there was no Wi‑Fi, and it wasn't the photo apartment. We managed, but I think it's more acceptable if the photos are accurate and the listing clearly states what is included and what isn’t.
We stayed two nights with my wife and our two children. We needed a place near Barletta, and Tenuta Due Pini turned out to be the perfect choice. The parking was always free right in front of the property, which was handy for loading and unloading luggage. We were just 10 minutes from the sea. The area was well served, and the Bar Odeon was well supplied, even offering vegan options, which was essential for us. The house was very cute and well furnished; we slept comfortably and coolly without using air conditioning. The little courtyard was useful for hanging laundry. Check‑in and check‑out were simple, and the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. We were very satisfied.
