“Disaster”
Disaster!. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the staff could barely speak English, which made communication very difficult. On top of that, the night security guard approached us at the entrance before we even went to our room and told us to keep quiet, even though we were already being respectful and not making any noise at all. We found this behavior unnecessary and quite rude. Additionally, the breakfast was unacceptable. Both times we went, there was almost nothing available, which was very frustrating and not what you would expect from a hotel stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of proper service, poor communication, and disappointing amenities
