The room was fabulous, the location beautiful and welcoming, and the place was very clean; the staff were extremely kind. The food was excellent, though we would have liked larger portions for the New Year's Eve feast. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely return.

The welcome and staff were good, and the room was beautiful and clean. The spa was pay‑per‑use and that wasn’t mentioned anywhere.

The hotel is very nice, and the cable car is just a short walk away for lovely hikes. The food is good with a large buffet, and the staff are friendly and the property is clean. The pool and spa are paid services, and unfortunately we only found that out upon arrival even though we had asked for details over the phone. They’re open only in the afternoon and you need a headset to enter the pool.
